Australia Uniwell Group specialises in beef and lamb breeding, slaughter, processing and exports. We also source a range of pork and poultry products throughout the global meat supply chain with Asia as our main market.
We work closely with our suppliers to make sure that we export high quality products and provide top-of-the-range service. In order to meet the demand of various markets, we provide both meat and offal, grass fed and grain feed.
In order to ensure the safety of the entire process of Australian beef and lamb from the ranch to the restaurant, we cooperate with UCT, utilising blockchain traceability technology to monitor the entire cold chain transportation and consumption process.
We also have entered into a partnership with UCOT Australia, University of Technology Sydney, Monash University and Swinburne University to implement integrated cold chain traceability solutions powered by blockchain and IOT digital technologies. The UCOT traceability solution deploys applications including UPhoto, Utracer, Ucerti, UTMS and UTracker to ensure data transparency from farm to fork, from factories to consumers and hence can meet rigid government rules requirements and maximise consumers satisfaction.
Uniwell Group has started investing in digital assets and have participated in the trading and hedging of digital currencies in 2018. We are optimistic about the prospects of blockchain technology and open-minded about including it in our current operations.
